1. Services

We provide drainage services. This covers drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain jetting, and emergency callouts across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are free. Prices are fixed for the work agreed. Extra work outside that scope gets a new quote first.

3. Payment Terms

We take payment when the job is done, unless we agree otherwise first. You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel any booking before the engineer arrives. For a set appointment, 24 hours' notice helps. It lets us offer that slot to someone else.

5. If You Are Unhappy With The Work

If you are unhappy with completed work, tell us within 7 days so we can look into it. Ask your engineer directly what cover applies to their work before it starts.

6. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability covers the value of the work we do. We cannot take responsibility for existing faults or damage caused by others.

7. Access Requirements

Please make sure we can reach the drainage system before we arrive. If access is blocked, or conditions are not as described, extra charges may apply.

8. Health and Safety

Our engineers follow strict safety rules on every job. Tell us about any hazards at your property first. This helps us bring the right kit.

9. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. Please contact us via our online form with any concerns.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at times. The latest version is always on our site.
