1. Services
Emergency Plumber Newcastle Upon Tyne provides professional drainage services including drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain jetting, and emergency callouts across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge. Prices quoted are fixed for the work specified. Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before commencement.
3. Payment Terms
We collect payment on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer — whichever suits you best.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel a booking at any time before the engineer arrives. For scheduled appointments, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice where possible, so we can offer that slot to another customer.
5. Warranty
Emergency Plumber Newcastle Upon Tyne backs all work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the result, contact us within 7 days and we will return to put it right at no additional charge.
6. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability extends to the value of the work we undertake. However, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions or damage that third parties cause.
7. Access Requirements
Please ensure we have adequate access to the drainage system before we arrive. If access turns out to be restricted, or conditions differ from what you described when booking, we may need to apply additional charges.
8. Health and Safety
Our engineers follow strict health and safety protocols on every job. Please tell us about any hazards at your property before we arrive so we can prepare the right equipment.
